Nutrisystem Weight Loss week 11

So we’re a week away from 3 months on Nutrisystem and when I got on the scale this week I may have done a little jig when I saw the number.

I’m down a little over 20 pounds!!! In 11 weeks. Wow.

And you know what that means… another Nutribear! Luckily I just put in my Nutrisystem food order so my 20 pound bear is on its way. How exciting is that?

I’m pretty sure there’s one main reason why I saw this awesome number on the scale this week. It was totally due to the Stairs of Death. No seriously… these really are the stairs of death!

Now that I’m back in the swing of things after a week off from meeting up with my group and my personal trainer, Alley, I know that regular exercise will help me keep shedding those pounds.

One of the number one reasons why I love Alley so much is that she knows exactly what to do to get those pounds off. She doesn’t stick with the same routine every week. She changes it up!

And that includes adding a 3 mile run (1.5 to the stairs, 1.5 back) and then asking us to go up and down the stairs 8-10 times. By the time we’re done our legs are shaking uncontrollably just in time to run back to the gym. Whoa! But so worth it.

Can’t wait for our next work out! Let’s see how far I’ve come:

Week 1: -4.8 lbs

Week 2: -0.9 lbs

Week 3: -1.1 lbs

Week 4: -2.7 lbs

Week 5: -1.6 lbs

Week 6: +0.3 lbs

Week 7: -2.9 lbs

Week 8: -1.3 lbs

Week 9: -3.3lbs

Week 10: -0.2lbs

Week 11: -2.0lbs

Starting weight: 209.8 lbs

Current weight: 189.2 lbs

Total loss so far: 20.6 lbs!
