Last week I shared Sharp Healthcare’s prenatal and postnatal yoga classes with you. While I only got to try a few out with a friend when my son was an infant (over 3 years ago) I do know how beneficial it was to have taken even those few classes.

I’m excited that I’m able to offer one lucky reader the chance to win either an 8-week prenatal or postnatal yoga class (A $100 value)! So if you or someone you know is expecting or has just had a baby feel free to enter to win below!

I would love some postnatal yoga classes! My baby is now 3 months old & both my mind & body could use a little zen. With 3 kids under 5, right now my only moments of relaxation come sporadically when I go for a walk, take a shower, or am able to get a nap in… all of which occur far more infrequently than I would like!

I take deep breaths & have a Lil “Me” time (which is hard to do with 3 kids). I would take the postnatal classes .

I stay zen by looking out over the horizon and seeing the beautiful place we live. At sunset it just really hits home. The twice a month facial I schedule for myself helps too! If I could get some exercise in there that would be even better – and I’ve been meaning to try yoga since I got married almost 11 years ago. Postnatal for me – wait my youngest is 4yo so does that work?

I picked up crochet as a hobby to make items for the new baby on the way. My crochet fun gives me a sense of zen even while learning it. I also enjoy reading books on my Kindle Fire before the kids wake up.

I would like to take prenatal classes for the next 8 weeks, although I can take the postnatal classes when the baby arrives.

  5. Stephanie says:

Forcing the hubby to get up with the kids on Saturday mornings so I can have a little extra sleep, a long shower or time alone with my computer. Prenatal!
